Listening to Led Zepplin II, feel much better now.

Has anyone used deadlifts for part of their hamstring workout? I have been doing that and it seems to work.

SLDL are the bulk of my hammy workout. In my opinion they are the best, they hurt soooo good. I do leg curls but they just don't cut it.

I started to incorporate the deadlifts after doing stiff legged dead lifts for years and not getting much out of them except for sore muscles. I am hoping they work. I do leg curls as well, lying, seated, standing, etc.

You can't beat the stiff-legged dead lifts for a hamstring workout.
