I have been experiencing something that is really annoying to me. For the last 3 weeks I have not been able to eat worth a shit! I mean I barely get 2000 calories a day in. I feel full all the time, it is like my food doesn't digest. I don't even have the desire to eat. This is crazy, because I have still put on 23 pounds in 5 weeks and have 3 more to go. What gives? here is cycle Anyone ever have this problem. I usually don't. I wonder if my stomach is just too small from dieting for contests. chesty ------------------ IP: Logged |

When doing sever diets then your stomach does shrink some. What you alos might have happening is with that amount of test you are taking you have to be bloating with water. The water could be pushing in on your stomach giving you a full feeling. You will need to force down the food. Grnated it won't be the best feeling thing but you will if you want to up your weight. Smoke some weed. Seriously, Do It a couple of times and as soon as the munchies hit, start downing food. This should get your stomach back to normal size after two days. Then you can stop the weed. IP: Logged |

B-12 is supposed to help alot Chesty, I had the same problem when I started the current cycle, turned out to be the russian D-bol I'm taking. Now I just eat when I can and take in alittle extra and its been working fine. IP: Logged |

Stop the deca now and add some Eq and Winny....You will have a huge appetite, plus harden up and solidify your gains from all that bulking. D. IP: Logged |

I was thinking for my next cycle, doing a winny, eq, test stack for eight weeks. I would be taking 8 weeks off of gear at end of this cycle then start. I think that would really work out great, if not, I am going to repeat last cycle again for eight more weeks, then start preparing for my contest next summer. chesty ------------------ IP: Logged |

I used to use this approach when I was on the road and had a hard time eating good and enought. Get a weight gainer type mix. Mix it in a huge thermous with milk, and sip on it throughout the day. Its not as good as food, but you can calories coming in all day.......and oh the gas....cracking fucking ass all damn day! IP: Logged |

Yeah, about to go back on twinlabs 2500 weightgainer, the sugar rush kills me. With milk and extra protein scoops, it is over 3000 calories a day. IP: Logged |

Chesty, how much are you eating now, calories and protein. I found with myself if I consume over 350g protein it pretty much fucks my stomach up for a good three to four days. I lose my appetiet then. Perhaps it's what you're eating. IP: Logged |

twinlabs weightgainer whey protein plain hamburger (rinsed after cooking) potatoes milk (whole) veggies (not alot though, not a veggie person) On a good day I can down 4000 plus calories right now I average about 2000, but it is slowly turning around. I don't see alot of water retention, still have my abs and vascularity, even in legs. Maybe, my body is just telling me that it doesn't need all that food to grow?. Who knows. IP: Logged |

My advice is to get some b-12 if possible. That always seems to work the best. Second try more cardio. Third try ultra gain instead of deca you will eat like a horse! And if all else fails try some type of OTC water pills, you may be retaining too much! IP: Logged |
