one of the things that irotates me most is when people that dont work out always ask when they see someone muscular "how much can you bench?"or when at the gym i see people, while iam on the bike doing cardio that come in and they rush for the bench and they stay there for about an half hour, then they tri to do so much weight that they actualy instead of working one muscle group they use three "ISOLATION"
any one else see this happenin??

if someone askes me how much i press and the peron asking looks like he's never been in a gym, i tell the 110 lbs. they usualy don't know if that's good or not. they will say something like "really? that much?" kinda funny.

i have to agree, the bench is what everybody likes.

I really like to mess with them, I ussually tell them around 700-750lbs, I know this is bullshit, but damn it's awsom to see their faces...
I also tell people who ask me, how long have you been working out? I tell them about three months, and I used to weigh 120lbs.....they cannot belive it and wanna know how to get that big in such sort time...hehehe...

I just look at them and say, "More then you!"

But only to 85% of the guys there. There are alot of gearheads where I am at.

That makes it easy to get to the free weights. All the pansies stay out. I guess the sre scared!!!!!

I love it!!!!!!!!!!
