I did 7 days of DNP@300mg/day. I had an allergic reation to it, my hands had red spots and were VERRY sensitive. Didnt know about Benadryl. Two weeks later the skin on my hands are peeling off like a snake sheds its skin. Still freaked out about it but, my hands look and feel like shit. Want to know if anyone has experienced this side effect and if there is anything i can do to help my skin? Thanks in advance

Yes i had one too. First day i had itching. Next day, hands, knees, ankles, and elbows swelled up really bad. Throat almost swelled closed. doc gave me some corticosteroids for the swelling. This is nothing to play with. Dont take the DNP any more. The allergic reaction can kill you.
I posted on this awhile ago.

It should be fine given a little time but I would not take it again if you were allergic to it. From my understanding the reactions will be worse each cycle you do. Also keep your water and antioxidants way up for the next few weeks even though your are finished with it.
