I sure wish the search engin was fixed! Anyways, just a question about cramps (mostly in the legs).
Is there a supplement I can take to help me with this? I am taking lots of water. I have heard that CalMag (Calcium and Magnesium)is good and also Potassium. Any suggestions? Also, heard that it is very easy to OD on Potassium? I also experienced cramps on Creatine.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Cheers,

I get cramps badly in my chest. Try getting plenty of potassium and water. Don't take too much iron...(I think it's iron?) Stretch the area frequently (this helped mine the most). Maybe try sitting in a sauna afterwards to help loosen the area and stretch in there.

Potassium and magnesium. Those help. Are you taking creatine? If I take too much or right before a workout I cramp easily. Hope this helps, Green

Green...No, not on Creatine right now. However I do get this when on Creatine too. Right now I'm on the juice Bro! Is it not easy to get too much potassium? So I guess what you guys are telling me is keep the H2O intake high and suuplement Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium?
Anybody else have any tips???
Cheers,
