i am getting some winny that i have to take oraly. i have taken winny before but only injectable so i took it every other day. i am a pitcher and i am only looking for the strength gains i don't really care about the size (hence the winny). i was told to take the winny every day orally, will this be to much because i have enough to last about 8 weeks if i do it every day. should i break it up into 2 four weeks cylcles, or should i do it e.o.d. any advice sould be appreciated. thanks. Orals ED, injectables EOD. But some take the injactables ED. By the way, injectables are easier on the liver. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short IP: Logged |

You should take it for 6 weeks or so every day if taken orally. Try to break up the dosage through the day to keep levels even in the blood stream. When taken orally the half life is much shorter. I was told that if taken orally 30mg/day is ok but you might want to check on that. Hope this helps, Green IP: Logged |

Every cycle should include milk thistle and primerose oil to help the liver. I also take a multi-vit, C, and B-12. Hope this helps, Green IP: Logged |
