![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If your joints are hurting and you are not looking to benefit other than from joint pain then why not just start at maybe 100mg and pyramid up until relief is found?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would think 200 mg a week would be enough for this. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I've been told 200mg per week works well. I plan to try it. Does anyone if at that level it's safe to stay on long term? [This message has been edited by 5setsofsix (edited July 30, 2000).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I will also go with 200mg/week. Remember that is supresses your natural test at that dosage, so you will need clomid after you are done. ------------------ http://2thick.elitefitness.com IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I don't think it would be safe for longer than 12-15 weeks. ------------------ http://2thick.elitefitness.com IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I took glucosamine for months at high dosages and got NOTHING from it. I even took some bottles back to GNC and got a refund. That shit is expensive and asprin did more to help with my joint pain. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have had problems with my right shoulder for 3 years now (supraspanitis and impingement) I tried everything to avoid surgery including several cortison shots. Finally I opted for a little Deca,200mg a week for 10 weeks. My shoulder has never felt better andit is now 5 weeks post cycle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The reason I'm asking, brothers, is because I have used deca A LOT before, but now I'm just on test/tren and was wondering what an effective dosage would be while supppresing me the very minimum. BTW, thanks for the replies so far. Snake IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Why not try 100 mgr a week for 6 weeks (give the Deca time to give result) and if that doesn't help then take more. Since it is only for the joints : suppose it works with 100 mgr a week, then 200 mgr would be a waste. Even better if it works with 100 mgr, then drop to 50 mgr a week. The less you take the longer you can take it. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My understanding is that deca promotes water retention in the joints so they are well lubed. Most I have talked to say the pain comes back when deca is stopped. My training partner was having shoulder pain and the Deca seemed to help him even after his cycle the pain didn't come back. I feel that the deca helped for relief because of water retention but it healed because of light rotator work and he took it easy when doing chest and delts. Not exploding on his reps. Dropping the weights a little and doing slow controlled on reps. Anyone know why Deca would help the joints? Share your knowledge...Plz! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Drexx, Dropping weight and doing controlled reps is only temporary relief. As your partner's muscles can no longer keep the stress off the joint the pain will return and he'll have to drop again and again. Back to Deca. 200mg/wk IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Jbigger: Sorry Man! I have been training with this guy for over 2 years. His pain is gone and his weights are as high or higher than before. I really don't think it was the deca he doesn't either. It healed because of rotator work and letting it heal. It doesn't take 2-3 weeks it takes 1-2 months... IP: Logged |
