I haven't figured up total bill, but to give you an idea. Thursday night I spent $51.00 on enough food to last me friday-sunday (weekend). lots of yogurt, tuna, chicken.. peanut butter, jelly, milk.

between food and protein suplements i figure about 150.00 a week estimate.....

protein + steaks+ chicken+tuna= MONEY(alot)

10lbs of Whey Isolate = $90(proteinfactory.com)
10 bags of tyson chicken tenderloins = $80
60 boxes of rice and noddles(rice roni, pasta roni)=$60
60 cans of green beans,corn,sweet peas=$30
60 to 80 cans of tuna= $60-80
8 boxes of rasin bran=$24
8 gallons of milk=$32
8 jars of peter pan creamy peanut butter=$45
8 lofs of wheat bread=$10
turkey lunch meat=$20
juice(orange,cranberry,ect)=$20
12 12 packs of eggs=$12
holy shit i think i will stop there

Around $500. I have been eating all this shit since feb. of this year and went from 140lbs to 160. No gear yet, but with in the next few weeks i start my first cycle.

Hey Moe, not to be critical in any way...I'm definitely not trying to flame, but if you haven't started your first cycle, how have you made so many posts already? all i have to say is thank got for Sams Club!

u cant beat it....
i bought like a 10 pound bag of boneless chicken breast and a shit load of t-bones and all that good shit in the meat section...my girlfriend thinks im a fukin werewolf cause i have been eating more meat then my frige can hold!!!
im on week 3 of a test and winny cycle im takin about 400mg a week of prop i start the winny next week....im up about 6 pounds or so...and im start to get the "have u been working out a lot" comments so i know its starting to kick in...and i made sure to leave the protein shakes and all my suppliments displayed on the counter including creatine and andro which i dont take......just to blame the 20 pounds in a month on !!!!

i added it up, and i dont spend more than 7-8 dollars a day, which is cheaper than when i was a fast food junkie...that 8 bucks gets me 4200 calories, 350g protein, 100g fat and 450g carbs

Easton, what kind of stuff are you eating to keep your protein that high with such little cost? Lots of tuna and eggs? I don't know how much my food for a day costs, but I'm guessing at least $15 if not more. I'm just wondering what kind of stuff you're eating. That's cool that you can keep the cost so low.

Gaav kosh that is a month jackass. How does someone eat 10lbs of protein a week. You need some reading comprehension classes bro. and i spend $2000 per month on food. lol moron.

Since you need to know my life fucking story. I got to around 185lbs at 5'9 in highschool, graduated, met a slut with a meth problem, got down to 130lbs at 5'9 now I am on my way back up. Should i write a bio for your judgemental ass or what.

BP66 when i first came to this site i knew of oral and injectable roids thats it. I didnt even know there where any others except test. I have just been putting my cycle off because i have only been working out again for about 8 months now. I have made great gains, but most of that poundage is just extra weight. No problem cause i am bulking up. I dont post alot of shit in this forum, mostly in the chat board. I just read this forum.

7 Dozen eggs- 7 bucks
5 pounds of chicken 10 bucks
10 eye round steaks 10 bucks
10 gallons of water-8 dollars
10 fat free yogurt 10 bucks
broccoli 10 bucks
oatmeal-5 bucks
protein powders etc 15 bucks
peanut butter- 3 bucks
This is while I am cutting, bulking would be more obviuosly

I am not sure I want to really add it up. During Bulking phase I clip coupons to help keep the cost down. Besides I could use the savings for further cycles.

bp66, i buy egg whites in carton form, its about 3 bucks for 4 servings...canned chicken for sanwiches you can find a can of chicken for 1.50, , lots of cottage cheese,2 servings of cottage cheese is 28g of protein, at 3 bucks for 6 servings, thats a buck a pop... milk with almost every meal, 2 protein shakes a day...whole grain bread and bagels...a good combination of all that and youll be eating pretty cheap...no steaks or chicken breasts, they cost too much, and im lazy, so no cooking really...i spread my meals out into 6 meals, with around 60g of protein each, with the majority of my carbs coming from my first 2-3 meals...its worked good, and its my first attempt at a bulking diet...i was eating 7-8 meals a day, but just dont have time

A lot with all the chicken, tuna, steak, and protein drinks. But, I do split most of the cost with my roommates. Groceries are overpriced. I try and use Priceline.com when possible.

30 dolars for groceries

A WEEK
i have a budget in place for my food,@3 meals a day,+3 meal replacments
i buy protein powder in bulk raw form, unflawored, i just mix it in with two table spoons of sugar free fat free puding mix, pistacio flafor just add water whip it and eat it as pudding or water down more and drink it man it taste so dam good iam newer gona buy any other whey.
for my food i buy chicken breasts in bulk i trim off all the fat put them in a maet grinder make ground chicken then weigh out 4oz make em into a paty wrap and freeze them and use then as i go along this way i dont eat dry chicken breasts, i can do so much with theground chicken it is unbalivable, then i buy eggs, salsa ,beans,potatoes and rice,
this way iam not wasting money and ower eating,
beffore this i was spending ower 70 dollars a week

aky, cottage cheese isnt bad if you get a good batch....each batch is different, and i occasionally get some that is fucking gross, but when i get good shit, soft creamy...its not bad at all...i wish these guys would get it down to an exact science though, cuz i can taste the difference in every tub i buy
