I need help with my chest routine. I work it on tuesday and saturday. I do 4 sets of 5-6 reps on flat bench. 3 sets of 5 on incline dumbell. And 3 sets of 6 on the pec dec. I am getting ready to do a d-bol/sustenon cycle. Please let me know if my routine is alright.

Personally I would start with Incline Dumb's first. Start with Incline, try to increase upper pectoral mass, although technically this is not how it works, as your pec shape is genetic. Drop the 4th set on your flat...its just not necessary., go with 3 sets for both. LAst but not last , screw the pec dec, finish with weighted dips and really get your chest and tri's working hard.

Just my opinion, so please no lynching me.

The best cj=hest exercise I have ever done involves using gymnast rings/ or cable cross over handles. I use starps and hang 2 handles from the smith bar, about 3-4 feet apart. I set up the rings so that they are only 6 inches from the floor. I put a chair under my feet to elavate my body. I then do flys using my own bodyweight. I have showed this exercise to bodybuilders and they have had great success. I showed one guy this 4 weeks out from his show, he was amazed how fast his chest blew up.

While on I would go a little heavier. My routine is Flat Barbell Press pyramids going from 12,10,8,6,4,2. Then moving on to Incline Dumbbell Presses. 6 sets of 6-8 reps. Next, Weighted Dips for 6 sets of 8-10. It kills me, but this is my routine.

Choose Dips over declines, Dips are very very effective. Still confused why everybody is starting with Flat Bench press before Incline, Flat Bench is an ego exercise. The biggest raw guys in my GYM just Dip, they dont even do Bench flat or Incline. They crank out sets with 120 dumb's hooked to their waste while dipping.

but dont you have to build up your chest b4 you can strap 120s on and dip CORRECTLY??? keep in mind there are alot of beginners on here bros. i think he is looking for the more basic building movements. so bench etc.

I ALWAYS start my chest routine with INcline presses. I want to be able to set my glass of milk on top of them. I my opinion decline & flat bench are ego exercises because you can use more weight with them!
5 sets Inclines
4 sets of flyes
3 sets of Dips

Works for me!
