Just wanting to know if anyone has know anyone who beat steriod smuggling charges? Does anyone know how I might look up past border cases in TX? This is important help and just wanted to say thanks to all the bros helping me out in this fight.

did u get busted yourself or a friend? did they read u your rights? was there any verbal abuse? i got busted with weed when my friend left it in my car and then i got pulled over. cop didn't read me my rights and i got off scott free.

yes they read me my rights after about 1hr in the tank......then they broke two bottles of gear.....then they promissed if I worked with them they would let my girlfriend and her car go....but then they did not do that.........anything else?

I know that all public arrests and cases are open to the public...you can walk into any law libraries and look through the books for cases...you then could maybe find more info at the couthouse...how much did you have on you?

I think you should be able to plea down, or something...they ususally don't know or understand the stuff...tell them it was personal use, and give them some outragous numbers of mg you were gonna take a week for three months...personal use is a lot better than smuggling...

The whold "read your rights" thing is not true. I've been thru it, trust me. The only time they HAVE to read you your rights is if they're gonna question you. If they bust you red-handed, they don't have to read you shit. That's the way it is in PA anyways. Get a GOOD lawyer. He will be able to get all kinds of things suppressed, and you'll get off with lesser charges. You're gonna pay out the ass, but it's worth it. Good luck...

trust me it happened to me, i told my lawyer that, and he told the judge that, and all charges dropped, except for intent to sell, which got me 6 months probation, but that ain't shit

Maybe it depends on what state you're in. I told my lawyer the same thing and he laughed at me. Then told me about the questioning thing. Even if it would hold true here (PA), it would still be my word against the cops. They're gonna believe the cop over the guy they just arrested anytime. You shold count your blessings, I think you got pretty lucky. Like I said, maybe it differs from state to state.

I also think that you should just ask your lawyer these questions and trust him, that is his specialty, just make sure he knows EVERYTHING...you son't want anything to bite you in the ass at the last minute

TxRugby_8 I got 18 months probation for having 300 fucking dbols (plus all kinds of community work)...so you got off easy with 6 months probation with intent to distribute.

yes this is my first time.......he thinks it is odd that they are taking such a hard stance on me.....I am a disabled veteran and I have had no arrests before. But they made my bond $20,000. he said that is very high for the nature of my arrest and amount I had.
