Has anybody have addresses for sites that can tell me what I'm putting into my body?? A site that will tell me how much value is in a 10 oz. steak?? or 3 or 4 potatoes??.
I've searched for them all over, but can't find what I'm lookin for. thanks bro's.

I checked an old issue of mens health. Steak has about 40 grams of protein, but also 40 grams of fat. It also depends on what kind of steak. No info on the spuds though.

I dont know were you live but, if in the US go to a barnes and noble or a large bookstore and pick up a book called "the complete book of food counts" its by Corinnet t. Netzer...........its awesome has every food you can think of and all ints nutrition contents..

I would go to a local bood store and get a book that has all the info on foods. thats what I did!!! later
