![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() After researching again, and again, and again, I'm still torn as to which plan is better. "Do the T" or "don't do the T!" My goal, 12-15 lbs. LBM after all is said and done. Hardgainer, with the training/diet/sleep down cold. I am down to 1 of these 2 plans. Question for the Bro's - without making changes to the following (because I know you all would 1 Sus500 Deca300 Or, 1 Deca300 The Sus is just there to ward off the dreaded "DD" and I hope to find the Ausvet product.
