I just finished week six (week five was a dbol only week, due to moving and no lift for a week)

My current weight is 238.5lbs, that is 21 pound gain so far, not much in the way of fat going on either.

Some things that I noticed: at about end of week three, I started feeling really awful, like I had the flu. It just got worse. I couldn't eat, felt like my food was not being digested and overall felt crappy. I still made it to the gym every day, except for week five, was moving to Washington state and took that week off.

Weeks four, five and six were absolutely horrible! I felt like I was gonna croak, no energy, wasn't sleeping very well, had heartburn to beat all, My lifts were strong as ever, just had no desire to be in the gym or anywhere else for that matter.

End of week 6 (today) I feel much better, still don't have the appetite I thought I would, but I must be doing something right since I have gained 21.5 pounds so far, I am guessing that 75% is muscle.

The biggest thing I have noticed is that when I eat, the food just seems to sit there, especially on my last meal of the day, it takes all night of sleeping to digest.

Hopefully my appetite comes back. Especially for start of next bulk cycle starting in october.

Will keep you all updated, and hopefully by summers end will get more pic's posted on web site. (just gotta find a computer)

Hope you get feeling better Bro..
Maybe if this shit keeps up you should see a doc. Could just be the stress of moving. I've got some BIG STRESS in my life right now and I find it's affecting my progress.

keep that liver healthy, make sure you are taking all your liver protectors. even clean foods just sit there? are you eating enough fiber? drinking plenty of water with each meal? you could even try enzymes to help you digest all the food you are probably eating. just a thought

Nice gains. It sucks you were having trouble but like you said, you must be doing something right. How long is the cycle? And good luck for the rest of it.
