I just purchased a bottle of pump n pose and i need help of exactly how to use it. For example which other parts can i inject besides the calves, biceps, triceps, shoulders. Also i need to know what size of needle should i use. Can i use it on my chest too? I have read a few posts about synthol in the discussion board but if someone out there has used it and has experience good results please provide me with the necessary info. thank you everyone. Hey bro. This is not an endorsment for MuscleMag but the new issue has an interview with the creator of sythnol and it tells you all about it. I think you need a 23 gauge needle, just a regular needle. I am thinking about using it to bring up my arms. How much did yours cost? IP: Logged |

Be fucking careful! Milos Sarcev just suffered a mild stroke due to an injection into his pecs. His wife didnt aspirate and the oil went into a major vein! Luckily he didnt die and should be fine. Limit synthol to calves, biceps,triceps and maybe rear delts. I can justify a one time series/course of injections in the calves if you are a BB who has shitty calves and has a BB show to enter/win. I would stay away if I were you guys...the shit sucks...I seen a few guys in shows around here and they look like shit from it, it dosn't look normal, and I know it cost the one man the overall title... just my opinion... IP: Logged |

unless you really know how to use it and exactly where to inject it,than forget it your muscles are gonna look deformed bro.ive seen this at my gym plenty.. my bro used it on his tris now they look like shit!! forget it use it for what its supposed to be pump n pose! ss oo uu rr jj ee rr kk IP: Logged |

Ive used it and wont anymore. Two friends had serious problems. One was in ICU for a couple weeks. Bad shit!!!!!!! Ive found injecting juice works just as well. IP: Logged |
