BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!....beautiful thing isnt it???...did ya yack?...heh..heh..heh.. I guaran-damn-tee that will pack some size and burn some seperation into those quads.. Do it every other week man. As a matter of fact, I do have a couple of other burners I dig alot.. Try doing 21's on bench presses with a barbell, 8 sets. Or my one other favorite. Hey Val, It goes as follows: Instead of that last plate you slap on the bar for free bar squats, substitute 5 dimes. Hit your first set of 6 to 8, then immediately drop off a dime from each side and hit it again for 6 to 8. Repeat until you lose all 5 dimes. As WCP said before, hope you have a spotter. I almost yacked, and I saw stars by the fourth drop. When that last dime came off, my legs were shaking when I got to the top of each rep. You know that feeling you get when you leave the gym and YOU'RE ALREADY SORE? That's how I know I'm in trouble. I get a pump when I climb off the can now! Oh yeah, and it hurts like a charlie horse when I punch the clown in the shower and repaint the wall from having to stand for so long. ( Hope the old lady gets back soon! ) IP: Logged |

Next time ya do it Val....rest 10 minutes after squats...then do the exact same thing on leg presses....then finish with leg extensions(light) with a good 2 second pause at the height of the movement, and leg curls done the same way.....you'll never look at leg day the same way again....do this entire workout only once or twice per month....kinda brutal, but I can now see....YOU ENJOY THE PAIN AS MUCH AS I DO!!!!
