Just wondering if you train like the pros in the mags 5 days a week or eod.Is there still a legitimate case for over training when on the juice. For me it's eod,i love that achey, growing feeling when i'm resting.

I am at the gym every day. I rarely take a day off. Some days are not full workouts, just abs and forearms or something.

5 days on
2 days off

YOU NEED THE RECOVERY TIME TO GROW!

A lot of the Pros train very heavy and intense and it is necessary for them to take days off during the week to recover. That is why you see some EOD workouts or 2 on/ 1 off..... which isn't bad either.

I train actually 11 times a week -- twice Monday though Friday and once on Saturday with Sunday off, unless I go rowing, hiking, biking or climbling. Usually the first workout is mostly aerobics, but I find separating the two to be more beneficial for me.

4days a week. One bodypart, or should I say session, every 7th day. I break it up legs one day, back/traps, chest/shoulders, bic/tri/forearms. So I do each one once a week, and have enjoyed it alot. About 2 of the off days I still come in and do abs and lower back. Plenty of time to rest and recover without the possiblity of overtraining.
