Clomid influences the hypothalamohypophysial testicular axis. It stimulates the hypophysis to release more gonadotropin so that a faster and higher release of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) occurs. Therefor, it will increase your endogenous testosterone regardless of what you are using. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Clomid main function is actually a testosterone stimulating drug as said by 300kleen. The anti estrogen effect is just an added benefit of this greatly helpful drug. It won't help with progesterone but it will get your balls rolling again after that deca shuts them down. IP: Logged |

You should use the clomid just in case. Like they said before it will kick start your natural test. I have never used clomid after a deca cycle, and i have had no problems with testicles or keeping gains, but i would use 50mg of clomid every day for the first week after your cycle, and 100mg every day the second week, just to be safe. Talking from experience, clomid is def needed during and after a deca cycle. My balls shrunk to the size of raisins while I was on deca, and using the clomid at the end helped me retain alot more had I not used it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Deca definitely causes a downregulation of natural test production even in moderate doses. Always take your clomid! IP: Logged |

If it's deca alone I would def take it throughout. If its stacked with something you don't have to take it EOD. ------------------ IP: Logged |
