Alright y'all, when the clock strikes midnight tonight, I'll have 15 days 'til contest day arrives. I had my bodyfat checked this morning, 5.7%, and I'm around 159 (need to get under 154). Now, I have a few questions, and ANY RANDOM PRE-CONTEST ADVICE, LIKE LAST MINUTE TRICKS, ARE VERY WELCOME! 1) When do you think it's best to carb up, 2) When is it good (if) to take glycerol, 3) When is it good (if( to take niacin, 4) What's the best way to pump up, and 5) Has anyone heard of seaweed soap, 6) Is distilled water worth it??? Any answers would be appreciated, greatly. It's my 3rd show, and I WANT 2 TROPHIES AT THIS ONE, teenage division, and novice lightweight! Thanks IN ADVANCE...B$ IP: Logged |

I prefer to decarb on sunday- tuesday and start carbing on tuesday evening after late workout. Start carbing with simple carbs and progress to more and more complex. Glycerol made me quite sick to my stomach so I don't use it anymore. The trick I would pass on is to use vanadyl sulfate to carb up and use prep-H 2-3 times the day before over the entire body. I am putting some on for the contest this saturday right now. Do I think distilled water is worth it? Nope...I have used tap water till the day before and then just out of conveince buy bottled water. Hope this helps. Can't wait to eat some damn donuts!!!! dude here we go lots of time dont worry about measuring your bodyfat go by mirror num 1 stop water 24hrs out do not use niacian or that shit use 2ounces of red wine 30min before show time as for pumping take it easy if your in shape otherwise you will have a hell of a time holding your poses also try diet coke if your hungry theres no sugar + low cals so dont go crazy and dont worry if your bolatted stop the pop 5days out also for carbing up if your show is on a sat then dont drop your carbs at all on tues add 500 cals to your diet from carbs then on fri eat your normal meals + have 2 large scoops of peanut butter this is fat loading and is extremly effective so if you have 5 meals you will have 10 large spoon fulls of it remember no water starting fri at 3 in the afternoon make sure you only drink 1 liter on fri during your time up to the 3 oclock time frame sat moring have your first meal also have i fist full of almonds non salted and regular with the first meal also have the 2 spoon fulls of peanutbutter then when your start your pumping drink the 2 ounces 2 shots of red wine in between the morning and night show only drink red wine about 300-500ml dont get drunk as for dieriects just use dandyline root you should be fine as for traning stop all traning on wed that includes cardio to eat in between the morn night show use rice cakes and put peanutbutter and natural jam(no added sugar) also dont cut your sodium until 20 hrs before the moring show yes i said 20 hrs you will come in alot fuller remember sodium keeps your muscles full and strong for posing good luck let us know how we did. + IP: Logged |

why do you suggest to stop trainning on wensday, I am 1 month out..only competed once before and need serious advice..cycle wise Im using dball untill one week out, with propinate, ganabol and primo, just started hydroxy, and cynomel and will start clen 2 weeks out..now help with the foods...email please IP: Logged |

Animal B, many people advocate stopping training a few days before the show to make sure your glycogen stores are fully replenished, and also because you will be expending a lot of energy practicing your posing. I believe you should stop training legs and abs about 2 weeks out, as the transitory edema caused by training can obscure your cuts in those areas easily. IP: Logged |
