A few days ago fukkenshredded posted a topic about windsprints to mix up your cardio routine. HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!
Run at full throttle for a minute (or until your legs really give out)and then walk or jog for a minute or two. Make sure to keep the heart rate up. This was a killer exercise for me i got about 5 sprints in and I was DONE. AWESOME! My legs were kinda sore and tight the next day. Whenever i get the balls to do it again that'll be the hella-cardio workout.

Damn, me too! I just did them for the 2nd time and can only do 5! Shit, I wasnt even sprinting that fast!

I grew up in the country...and played football until I was 21...to keep my speed in the off season I did just that...but between hydro poles.....sprint one walk one ect....4.8 to cover 40 yards....I think it worked....
