Did you know that p-nut butter is classified as a meat? I love eating 3 p-nut butter sandwiches and 2 cups of milk for a snack. It taste good and its good for growing. How do you eat it? What do you think about it? IP: Logged |

It's good for bulking ...I will also sometimes eat a table spoon before bed when on a low carb diet to make me a little more comfortable. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Peanut butter is one of the most calorie dense foods you can eat. Good stuff--but use the "natural" stuff as the processed brands, (Jif, Skippy, etc in the US) contains large amounts of sugar. IP: Logged |

PB is some good stuff, if you use the natural peanut butter. But, it's actually now classified as a fat. If you read your labels, the content is highest in fats, then protein and carbohydrates. If used in moderation, it's good. If you're trying to stay on a low fat diet, I wouldn't recommend it. ------------------ IP: Logged |
