![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ok here's the Situation, Lets say that you are on the road... or away at work and you have not eaten for at least 3 hours... you are an hour away from any real significant sources of protien/carb/calories....is it better to freekin starve or just break down and eat a double whopper... i know that you could order a chicken sandwich, blah blah... but lets just say all you could do is eat crap... or wait another hour or so... what is better ???? I find myself in this situation so often and just eat what ever. i am so worried about lacking calories i just eat what ever i can find. just looking for other opinions.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'd eat. You could avoid this if you carried MRPs or bars though (I know, it's a pain in the ass, I did it while I was on the road for 1 1/2 years) When in doubt, eat. ![]() ![]() ![]() if u are trying to gain ...giver....and we do so much work in the gym...we can afford a few extra cals...But i have a hard time gaing weight and eating enough...so I eat every thing...If u are leaning out..just eat enough to take the hunger away..1 small hamberger ect....fuck it just eat.....
