Around 3-4 weeks ago.. I was experiencing gyno problems... posted how to cure it and got many HELPFUL answers.. I was really scared to see a doctor that time.. My gyno case was unusual. I got it like 3-4 months after my deca, winnie, eq cycle.. Took clomid(only for a week cause its expensive where Im from). Took nolvadex and proviron...for another 2 weeks... The pain was somewhat lessened but would come back after a few days or so.. so id just take Proviron or nolva... The two suspects for my gyno was.. the deca(progesterone) or probly just low test levels cause i only took 1 2000iu shot of hcg after cycle, no clomid. I then read about clomid alternative maka from monstrosity's post..I bought the Lifetime brand consisting of 500mg of maca + 250mg of tribulus..Id take 6 tablets a day to get 3g of maca..Now there is no pain at all...Lumps from both nipples decreased in size.. Theres only a little puffiness in my right nip.. I really didnt know anything that time. A friend only persuaded me to cycle and from his results i also wanted to try.. This board is great and helped me a lot.. i'll never do another cycle again without consulting people from this board and listening to their advice.. imagine if there was no elite fitness forum..
