Hi All,
OK I expect i will get flamed for this but here goes.

Ok I wanted to use roids to gain more mass and get up to my target weight 190lbs.

After this i wanted to discontinue steriod use but keep training and keep the weight.

But from what i understand is that if i do not continue to use steroids i will slowly lose what I have worked so hard to put on if this is true it sounds a bit pointless.

Please correct me on this and say im wrong.

Will bump for you......From my limited knowledge and searching, many think that you "can" keep "most" of your gains if you continue to train, eat, rest, etc.... correctly.....maybe a vet or mod will help you out.....there have been many threads on this.....good luck

keep your protien high when you come off keep your diet good and train hard and you should keep your mass the quality tissue gain anyway you will piss some water retention away tho if you use androgens.

Depends on what steroids do you use,you can keep almost everything you gain.

I definitely think with test and proper diet and training you can put on and keep muscle to help "boost" your natural training. The hard part though, is not going back for a 2nd or 3rd, or 10th cycle. "well, I gained 20 pounds off my first.... maybe Ill just see what happens on my second"

depends on the roid used...but I will say roids is a lifestyle, not a one time thing, everone start off with jst one or two cycle, then that's it....yeah right...not a flame, just saying most people don't stop after onlyone....at least once they find out the truth

Thanks alot i have a good clear view of the road in front and not a hazy one. I have been worrying all day about this but now I feel sure that my cycle will not be a wasted effort.
