I am experiencing shoulder dysfunction in my left joint. It is not a constant pain but it pops. To give a vivid picture... imagine flexing your bicep and then rotating your forearm forward. It POPS Every time!!! It also hurts when doing shoulder press when my elbow goes below parallel. Is this a rotator cuff injury. Should I lay off my shoulders or what. Would injecting GH help..how much..thanks. I have also recently added a lot of weight, my fucking shins are killing me during cardio and sprints. Any info for either will help a lot. IP: Logged |

A-BOMB:YOU EVER TRIED DECA?IT IS NOTORIOUS FOR RELIEVING JOINT PAIN AND ALLOWING YOU TO LIFT HEAVY.BUT BE CAREFUL BRO YOU MIGHT WANT TO HAVE THAT CHECKED BY A PROFESSIONAL,YOU COULD HAVE SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED AND TRAING MAY INJURE IT MORE.I WOULD HAVE IT LOOKED AT BRO.JUST MY OPINION THOUGH.GOOD LUCK.
