A mass cycle should NOT be kept completely clean as you probably won't get enough calories this way. Lean cuts of red meat should be your staple along with whole eggs, 1% milk and so on. Don't restrict your fat too much as it is very anabolic on a cutting cycle. You can always cut afterwards but you will not realize the true potential of a bulking cycle if you try to eat too clean. gamer hit it on the money, whole eggs, beef, chicken are staples for gaining mass. Dont forget you potatoes, oatmeal and rice for good sources of complex carbs, also through in some peanut butter as it is high in the good fats that you need. IP: Logged |

NUMBER 1 FOOD ON A MASS CYCLE WEATHER YOU ARE USING OR NOT IS RED MEAT PERIOD. YOU WILL ALWAYS FEEL STRONGER ON RED MEAT THAN ANY OTHER PROTEIN. FLANK AND INSIDE ROUND ARE TWO GOOD CHOICES THAT ARE LOW IN FAT. IP: Logged |

AKY, you mentioned TOFU. That is an outstanding source of protein. I eat a bowl a day, put some soy sauce on top and suck it down. Tastes like shit, actually kinda like paste, but the best thing is I can't even tell I ate it, it absolutly does not fill me up. If your bulking eat everything you can stuff in your face. Cottage Cheese, Yogurt and even Ice Cream if you are really lean and not hungry have for desert and pound in the calories. I love giant bowls of cereal plus a few hard boiled eggs for extra protein... IP: Logged |
