i wanted to do a search but not operative. my current routine is as follows: day1 chest tris day2 back bis day3 shoulders traps legs day4 rest day5 see 1 day6 see 2 blah blah blah what im getting at is, this is week two for me on the sauce. i dunno if im "competely" working out each body part. i chose this routine to work major muscles and then burn out the secondary muscles(chest, then tri's etc). i know alot of people use this type of routine, but i NEED opinions from you guys on what excercises to do on each day for the body part. the ones that will tear em up the most!!! for example, chest day do flat bench, butterflies etc etc. but how many reps and sets??? i dunno if its the gear playing tricks on me or what. so no flames please, i tried searching and i just wanna get some pointers from the monsters on here. im on omna and deca, wanna get the most out of it!!! i used to go mon-chest tues-back wed-legs thurs-shoulders fri-arms now i go this routine cause i want to schock my muscles mon-chest/tris IP: Logged |

I train 1 body part a day 6 days a week. chest arms legs sholders back rest if tired or sore(most of the time)if not do 1 or 2 more days without rest. continue... I change up body parts if I am sore (I have prob with my elbows) IP: Logged |

I this is the training split I use, works well: Mon: Chest, Tri's Works well and gives my upper body a rest by having an entire leg day in the middle. IP: Logged |
