![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I really enjoy lifting and would love to go twice a day. I am not on any AS right now but.....I eat like a horse and I get at least 10 hours of sleep a night. What are your opinions about two 45-60 minute sessions a day. I take an ECA stack before I go to the gym and I don't want to leave. High intensity the whole time. Every set till failure..etc. I just read that it is not wise to go for more than an hour. I don't get very sore any more and like anyone I want to get more gains faster. So any of you train twice a day? What kind of split would you use? I was thinking a ton of isoloation for 45 minutes on each muscle. One more question- Same as above but I will be starting 250/mg week primo in a couple of weeks. I know that will make it easier to go twice a day. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() sleep 10hrs/nite, work out twice/day? How old are you, don't you have a job or school? Anyway, let your body decide, if you enjoy it, and progress, then you are not overtraining IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() How do I have all of that time?I have a part time job. I am 22. That leaves plenty of time to lift and sleep. I will be going full time at work soon so I thought now would be the best time to "overtrain". Also please tell George Spellwin to remove that "FREE STEROID SECRETS" from the top of the screen. I know he is only trying to run a business but I believe many of us use public computers. Thank You IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You said that your not getting sore anymore, thats an indication that your not hiting those deep muscle fibers and might be overtraining. Give your body a little rest (I no thats not what you want to hear) but muscles grow when you recuperating. so keep the short intense sessions and give your body a rest. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Listen to your body. If your not overly sore and you continue to get stonger and bigger then you are not overtraining. I would use a split of Chest/Back, Shoulders/Legs, Arms. Do abs every other day. Plus...the banner won't be removed, it's already been discussed a hundred times. ------------------ IP: Logged |
