![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I currently wiegh around 223 with id estimate a 16% bodfat level.. i have never been cut up b4 in my life.. i would really like to go down to possibly a 10% or lower bodyfat level.. it would raise my self image because as of right now it is very low.. I just finished a sust cycle month and a half ago.. I am planning on starting a winny and clen cycle soon like next week.. I an waiting on the powdered product from our friend.. i am thinking like this winny 50mg ed(oral) I will do cardio for a half hour as soon as i wake up.. since that is the best time.. i have a lot of trouble keeping my diet good and metabolism going because most times i dont eat enough food when trying to loose wieght.. can anyone help me out on the diet.. i would really appreciate it.. to be able to see my abs would be the greatest thing that has ever happened.. Right now i only eat 3 meals a day if that and they are not that great i try to eat chicken, tuna, protien shakes after workout and stuff whenever i can but i just dont think my diet is good enough.. if anyone could help me out really quick with a good diet throw me a mail or reply please. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have considered t3 but i am very scared of messing up my thyroid.. i have been told if done correctly it wont do that.. has anyone had problems with this? and does anyone gain all the fat back when done.. is there anything that can be used to jump start your thyroid after the cycle? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I commend you also, your passionate about losing the weight. It will take alot of commitment. You should bump up the cardio to 45min@4-6 days a week, also you have to eat more, diet is probably 70% and the rest 30%. Eat smaller meals more frequent and watch your carb intake eliminating any sugar and sweets from your diet. your protein intake must be high to keep the hard earned muscle you attained. these are just minor points but are very important.E-Mail me to go further in to it.
