guys how'd you think this workout is I'm 6'2 about 185 and somewhat defined I'm trying to get to like 200 but not fatty...jacked!! ya know tell me what you think...How long should I be working out for and is this not enough or should it be structured differently...thanks

Tuesday&Friday
Back:
Seated Back Rows
Dumbell Pull-Backs
Lower-Back Extension

Legs:
Leg Press/Hack Squat
Standing Calf Raises
Quad Extension

Biceps/Triceps:
Standing Barbell Curls (21�s)
Pressdowns Seated Dumbell Curls

Monday&Wednesday
Chest:
Butterfly (Pec-Dec)
Incline Smith Press
Decline Dumbell Press

Shoulders:
Shoulder Press
Shrugs /3 sets

Biceps/Triceps:
Rope Over Head Extension
Flat-Bar Pulley Curl /2 sets
Sitting on Bench Dips

dude with that kind of workout you will never grow.
How is it possible to work so many bodyparts on one day effectively?
You want good gains, try doing onebody part a day and hit it hard or if you must then add a smaller part with it.
Chest,bis
Back, and Tris
legs by themselves (your biggest muscle,hit it hard)
i always do shoulder by themselves
