I know the average weight gain on the cycle is between 20-40lbs but how do you guys keep it from gaining weight on your stomach? I know your suppost to up your calories by at least 1500. Since aerobic exercise would be counter productive how do keep from going up a pant size or 2? IP: Logged |

I read in one of the Anabolic Reference guides where it had someone on a huge cycle, eating mega calories, but he was doing cardio at a rate of 45 min 3 days a week. They were claiming that all the calories will get you sufficient growth and any that spill over will get knocked of by your cardio. People may argue and say that when your trying to gain size, cardio will hinder your growth, but remember on the sauce your recovery time is much quicker. IP: Logged |

I agree with the ape. When bulking you have to make building muscle your main concern and worry about the fat later. However, if you keep a pretty good diet you will put on only a small amount of fat. Some people can lose fat while bulking, but you shouldn't set out to do this or you might have trouble bulking. Just try to eat a good clean diet and the fat will be minimal. IP: Logged |
