Hi All, Ok you know a while ago somone posted That they where farting loads I seem to have tracked down the source of my excess gas so this may or may not help any of you. Ok every day I get two banana's and 1 raw egg and blend them into a paste then add milk (1 pint) while still blending you end up with a really smooth milk shake you can add some low fat icecream as well..! I had this twice a day..! Any way two days ago i dropped a shake out of the day and used one banana instead of two and the gas stopped. Intresting huh...? ------------------ IP: Logged |

So what you're saying is one banana... not two? What if theres three bananas? Do I go down to two, or resort all the way to your one? Or if we have only one banana and we still have gas... do I halve it? Jk, I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get gas from protein shakes.... horrible ass smelling gas. My girlfriend thinks its the worst, but I kind of enjoy a fart on request. IP: Logged |

I would really watch eating those raw eggs. If you get Salmonella, gas will be the least of your problems. If you want raw eggs then buy the pasturized products in cartons. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I don't know if this is correct but I have had people tell me that if you get gas or the shits from your protien then you are not digesting it properly and need to try something different like another brand of protien. IP: Logged |

I've had gas so bad lately that the other day in the local GNC store the old lady working went in the back and came out spraying airfreashner!!! NO JOKE!! A little Pepto always helps me out when it gets too bad. IP: Logged |
