Alright guys, starting week 6 right now...here's my progress so far. For those who haven't seen my earlier posts. I'm on a Sust/Deca/Dbol cycle.

500mg Sust throughout 8wks
300mg Deca throughout 8wks
30mg Dbol tapering to stop at week 5
(30/30/20/20/10)

Beginning Wk 9 end Wk 11
Winny 50mg EOD
Primo 300mg/wk
Cytomel vary dosage

I'm throwing in the Winny/Primo/Cyt at the end for 3 weeks because I have the extra gear and I want to shed some water/fat while trying to keep some strength.

End of week totals:
Wk 0---222lbs
Wk 1---231lbs (+9)
Wk 2---238lbs (+16)
Wk 3---244lbs (+22)
Wk 4---250lbs (+28)
Wk 5---254lbs (+32)

So far then, 32lbs. I used to dream of 250, now that I'm here I want 275! Ha, maybe next cycle. The side effects have been minimal. Some occasional breakouts on my face, but nothing severe. My thighs have been the worst, usually 2 or 3 red welts that hurt. Also, just this past week I got my first breakout on my back. I've been tanning 3 times a week and showering 2-3/day. Overall, the acne isn't as bad as I feared seeing how I broke out bad as a teenager. Other side effects: no kidney discomfort, no hair loss, no gyno. I get easily aggitated, especially with my gf. I've never really yelled or gotten pissed at her until just recently. That's probably the worst side effect. Also, my arms fall asleep VERY easily and usually end up waking me up every night at least once. My pulse rate is pretty high too, probably due to lack of cardio.

Ok, on to strength gains. My previous benchpress 1 rep Max was 255lbs (long arms, chest weakest muscle). Just yesterday here was my flat bench results:

1st Set: 225-10reps
2nd Set: 275-6reps
3rd Set: 285-3reps
4th Set: 295-1rep (just to see if I could do it)

I was so psyched yesterday. My 1 rep Max is probably right around 310 I would think. Thats insane for me. Bench is my toughest exercise to increase. To go from 255 to 310 (45lbs) in 5 weeks is amazing.
All my other exercises have gone up dramatically as well. Been trying to between 5k and 6k calories a day. Been slacking just a bit this week, my AC was broken over the weekend and didn't feel like eating much. Protein is at 400mg/day.

Hope this helps anyone with questions or doubts to the Sust/Deca/Dbol cycle. This is my first cycle by the way.

good job big fella... i know what you mean about bench being tough... christ ill be sitting there watching some twig put up as much as i do and it pisses me off to no end... what i dont understand is... my chest and arms are pretty friggin' big, much larger than the twig boys so who knows... I just dont get it.

That sounds amazing! Keep up the good work. It sounds like you're training and eating hard. I'm gonna do my first cycle of sus/d-bol this fall, and if I gain 32lbs. in the whole cycle I'll be ecstatic!!! Don't give up now, bro, cuz you've made it this far...see how far you can take it!

My bodyfat was 12% before the cycle. I haven't got it tested since, and I'm gonna wait until the end to do so. I would estimate though, that it's around 15%. I've definately gained a layer of it over my abs, which I can still see, but they aren't define at all. I'm glad you can relate BlkLotus. I have 18inch arms, but 5'4 guys with 16incher's are pushing 300 easier than me. Oh well. In the beginning I thought that the cycle would go by fat, but not that I'm in week 6...I'm so damn tired of eating all the time. I don't fit into any of my clothes without the feeling of them being a size too small. I think the worst part is this "depression." It's easy to feel great walking around the gym, because inside you're an animal. But outside the gym, I feel like I'm an overweight eating machine. Starting to get old, but my trainiing partner is trying to keep me going. You guys help a lot too! Thanks,

Great work.

I'm on the same type of cycle.
500mg sust a week (every 3 days 250mg) x8
400 Deca starting week 2 (whoops, a week late.)x8
1.5 ml (37.5mg) for 4 weeks but I will break this down into 5 weeks.

I hate the long arm syndrome.
I gained about 10 lbs in the 1st weeks.
