Since hearing so much about pgf2a, and then deciding to use it myself, Ive been doing alot of research on it. Be it a note to all, that you should never (especially newbies) never use any substance that you have no clue about. Since so much has been written about the pain, and complications involved in pgf2a use Well one of the first things you will notice about pgf2a upon injection is a sort of congestion in the lungs..similar to a small asthma attack. This is due to the fact that prostaglandins cause vasoconstriction and vasodilation in the blood vessels of the lungs. Prostaglandins also cause constrictions and dilation of the bronchial smooth muscle. Next you may notice the particular muscle balling up, or feeling "pumped". This is somewhat due to the muscle being inflamed. As far as almost shitting yourself to death, this is what Ive come to on how it affects your GI tract. Prostaglandins are produced by the stomach and intestines. They are believed to inhibit gastric secretions, and influence gastric motility, as well as fluid absorbtion. This may explain some of the stomach cramps that Ive gotten as well as some other bro's Ive spoken with. Vascularity has been reported by almost everyone Ive talked to. This is because prostaglandins are vasoconstrictors as well as vasodilators. From what I understand it depends on the concentration of what prostaglandin is present. There are also some things I had no clue about that Ive come across. Prostaglandins are produced in the medulla of the kidneys. They increase renal blood flow and excretion of water and electrolytes in the urine. High potassium intake as been shown to increase the pfg2a secretions in animals. Prostaglandins are known to be regulators of protein in skeletal muscle. Pge2 and pgf2a are both involved in the rates of protein breakdown and synthesis. Stretch induced hypertrophy of skeletal muscle is in part regulated by prostaglandins. So this is all good..but why the hell does it cause muscle growth WCP you shithead..just tell us the good stuff...right?? This is what Ive dug up on this aspect. Prostaglandins also interact with G proteins inbedded in cell membrane. G proteins increase the amount of cyclo-oxygenase, the enzyme responsible for making prostaglandins. Ok Im sick of typing now...this may answer alot of questions bros may have as to the hows and whys behind what seems to be destined the "next big thing" in bodybuilding. I will post more about how PG's affect protein, when I find more on it. Enjoy, ------------------ IP: Logged |

My approach is less scientific. Here's how a lame person describes what WCP did such a fantastic job on above: I burn a lot of fat on it.

only did it for a short time but am going to start again..I started real light 25ius in the quads, working up to 50ius, I never got the shits or difficulty breathing, but the pain was unbearable and had to stop, I was unable to flex my leg, my vastus medialis has increased, my leg is more cut, but the same size, the vacularity is = to that of my right leg now, but the left is still lagging in size...bros it felt like you held me down and beat my leg with a bat a 100times IP: Logged |
