We've all experienced an injury at one time or another...suffering a shoulder injury now that prevents me from doing any type of pressing movement-having trouble with cross-overs! Basically, I cant train chest and it sux!!! I can train shoulders though-its not my rotator cuff, its tendons/ligaments...connective tissue. I can do side-laterals and light (12-15rep) military presses...but absolutely no type of frontal plate/dumbell raise...my front dealts!
like to hear some feedback from bros whom may have experienced a similiar injury, and ya'lls opinion regarding using gear while injured. Now, im not a fan of nandrolone as I prefer eq over nandro- any day. I do have roughly 2500mgs of deca...was thinking of droping it off though in favor of something else, but I thought:
Current stats: 5'6 @197 10-11%
Strict with the nutritions/training! I was considering using 600mg/wk testo, 300mg/wk deca for 8wks, could also throw in some d-bol in weeks 1-5._25-50mg/day proviron...of course clomid. taper with primo, tren or winny.

curious as to your opinions on this

Personally bro, I would cut my cycle short, and save my gear till I can train at 110% intensity at 110% strength.

Going natural for now wont be a bad thought at all. As for decal being used in healing, Ive discussed this with alot of bros that know more than me about it and they really dont favor the thought at all.

I feel your pain bro..I shredded my rotator cuff in my shoulder last year..and kept me out of commission for quit awhile.

Rest, eat right, and train what you can, but just be careful. Youll be back to normal in no time, and then hit that cycle hard..itll be waiting for you.

Thats my thoughts brutha!

Bro, you should probably hold off on the gear until you are fully recovered. I'm not sure if the deca will aid in your recovery, but I know it helps strengthen tendons/ligaments. So, it would be a good idea to use it when you start cycling again. LATE
