FOR THE FIRST WEEK I WAS INTAKING

CARBS120G
FAT65G

AFTER THE FIRST WEEK I PUT ON 1 POUND
SO CAN YOU TELL IF THIS IS GOOD, DID IT TODAY AND I LOOKED MORE FULLER
PROTEIN-265G
CARBS-70G
FAT-55G
CALORIES ARE STILL AT 2000, ON SUNDAY I HAVE A CHEAT DAY SO I USUALLY SHOCK THE SYSTEM AND LOAD ON CARBS.

fat is to low bud, 100g of fat. Your going on a low carb anabolic diet. high pro high fat.

I WEIGHT 174 POUNDS IF THAT HELP ANY AT ALL, ISN'Y 100G OF FAT AN AWLFUL LOT FOR MY BODYWEIGHT.

You didnt list your stats, training routine/cardio schedule, what if any drugs your using...etc.

If you gained weight on that diet then your obviously lacking in other aspects of your routine-a more detailed question would have yielded you more valuable input

SORRY GUYS, I WEIGH 174 POUNDS, I'M 5'8, I DO 1 HOUR CARDIO EACH MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH THEN GO BACK TO THE GYM AT 12:00 AN D TRAIN, I TRAIN ONE BODYPART A WEEK AND EAT SIX MEALS THROUGHOUT THE DAY, THIS DIET THING IS REALLY CONFUSING, HOW HIGH SHOULD I KEEP MY FAT INTAKE IF I STAY AT 70G OF CARBS A DAY.
