I have all the gear necessary to cut-up. Just in a qunadry about diet and caloric intake, grams of protein/carbs necessary to maintain muscle quality.

Bro, I am now cutting too. This is my unsceintific approach. I am cutting back on the carbs, doing gear that will add to the hardness and preserve muscle, and I am taking ephidrine and caffine before my cardio sessions. That is the best I can do.

You need to tell us WHAT THE HELL YOUR STATS ARE! Oh wait, i will just assume you are 6'5 350 pounds, so you will need 700 grams of protein and about 300 carbs to cut up. C'mon guys

Just make sure that 60% of your calories comes from protein and you'll be good to go. I've been doing this for some time now with great results. LAter, Green

Sorry about not including my stats. 6'2", 240#, 12% bodyfat (measured a month ago by my doctor.) I have been taking in roughly 240g of protein a day. I eat every two hours. I always watch my carb intake. Right now diet consists of a lot of chicken and fish. I do not do a lot of red meat. Rice and broccoli are main staples.
