Your cycle looks pretty good but I'd start the deca at about week 4 so that it kicks in roughly when you go off the d-bol. If this is your third or fourth cycle I would advise against the insulin, but I can't say much cuz I know zero about it. This cycle will lead to fine gains with proper training & diet without any insulin. IP: Logged |

Sorry about that, I don't know why it skipped all the white space that I put in. I have used insulin before and I am definatly going to use it in this cycle. I am trying to fit it in right around the time that I will be experiencing the most growth. This way I can be sure that my muscles are getting enough protien. IP: Logged |

D-ball is fine, leave the sus at 750.DONT TAPER TESTOSTERONE . Now listen to me on the Insulin this is my speciality. 10 IU daily postworkout through out your entire cycle. Make sure your post workout meal contains at least 100grams of carbs, no more than 200g. Compose at least 40g of those carbs in dextrose or honey. You want some fast acting sugers hitting the bloodstream while on the Humulin. Surge the post workout protien any where from 60-100g. Dude, your going to blow up like crazy off this cycle. Enjoy. Insulin is what seperates the men from the boys. Bro not a flame but...... You've done three cycles and you're only 190lbs? I'm 6'3 also and I know how hard it is to gain wieght on such a tall frame, but I am on my second cycle now and I'm up to 208 with three weeks left. You should look at your training and diet seriously before you dive into another cycle. Just my opinion bro, but good luck whatever you do. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I started when I was 18. I used to do sustanon at 250mg/week for ten weeks. After my cycles were finished I always crashed badly. But know I know what I am doing and I have clomid now for the first time. I am hoping to be around 220 after this cycle. Twisted, you said to take the insulin throughout the entire cycle? 10 weeks is a long time, won't my body shut down natural production? Do some research on the insulin first. Insulin can kill you if you don't do it right. If done right you can get big but I would advise against it. It's not worth the risk. IP: Logged |

die huge, dianaballbusta has a point. not a flame lad, but for your 4th cycle you shouldn't only be at 190lbs. Take a look at your diet, training, or rest, you may have overlooked something for the past 3 yrs. IP: Logged |
