Do I take the clen w/ food after a meal, before a meal???

Can I drink coffee while I'm on clen?

On off days, should I take an ECA or adipo?

2wks on 2wks off, straight through, or 2wks on 1 wk off?

I'm a woman, weigh 120 lbs an am 5 ft 3 inches tall.

Yes, Take ECA on your off days, and do not drink coffee. You will be plenty awake from the clen!

I like to take the clen M-F with weekends off with just cardio. Then ECA stack for the next week same thing taking the weekends off with cardio. I've had great results doing this. Hope this helps, Green

Green, you are doing your cardio during the week as well as the weekend right? What doasge of clen were you on. What brand did you use if you don't mind my asking.

I do cardio after every workout. I just don't take the clen or ECA stack on the weekends so I don't run a risk of down regulating my thyroid or having them lose their effectiveness. I just hit intense cardio on the weekend. My clen is made by oxyflux. They're from Mexico and come in bottles of 50 at .02mg each. I go up to 100mcg/day. Anymore and I get a nasty headache. How much did you pay for the oxy? Is that brand better than Spiropent?

So everyone pretty much agrees to take an ECA stack as opposed to adipo, but what ECA should I take?

Go with hydroxycuts, take them 1 hour before you eat. No extra caffeine, there is plenty in the eca stack.

I have been playing with stimulants forever....here is what I have found out in regards to your question that works for me for people to say "HOLY SHIT! HOW DO YOU GET YOUR ABS LIKE THAT!?!?!?"

1. 30 minutes prior to a meal
2. Yes just not on ECA days
3. On off days take ECA or Ritalin (you read correctly)
4. One week on-one week off works best for me.

Hope it does the same for you as it does me.

MY oxyflux I got is 20mcg. per pill so if I'm at 100mcg/day then I take 5. I spread them out throught the day but none after 5 or I'll have to smoke myself retarded to fall asleep. I pay $75 a bottle for them but it's from a friend. I can't tell you if they make me stronger or not because I get stronger all the time since I'm pretty new to all this. Before my cycle I was about 220lbs. Post cycle I was 255. After I lost my H20 I went down to about 245-250. My BF went up on my cycle a couple of percent but with dieting and a bit of help I'm back down to 225-230 at about 20% BF. I look bigger now than I did right after my cycle because of the drop in BF. JonBlaze and lala feel free to email me if you want to ask anyhting else. As for the ECA stack I think hydroxycut sucks ass. It's cheap but you have to take a shit load of pills a day and it gave me mad headaches! I like the X-Rated maximum ripped definition system. 2 pills a day does the trick. Hope this helps. Green

I would do 2 wks on 2 off, with EC/A on the off weeks. Whether or not you drink coffee depends on how you are reacting to the clen. If you are really jittery and wired then no need for coffee. I you feel like you can handle more then fine. I am currently experimenting with clen and caffeine combined. I wish I always felt this way!

I pretty new to all this too but I just started clen 4 days ago. I am going 2 days on 2 days off for two weeks on then 2 weeks off, then repeat. In the two weeks off phase I will use ECA probably daily or eod. I am doing cardio 20 minutes in the AM after a workout and 30 minutes nightly. I cheat on cardio once or twice a week, depending on how I feel. The clen is Oxyflux too, but I paid a hell of a lot more than you did (unfortunately). I am taking 5 per day -that is 100 mcgs. That will get me pretty jittery. I may try six per day. Absolutely no problems sleeping though (yet). Last one is about 6:00 PM - in bed at 9:00.
I would post results, but it's only been less than a week. Maybe I'll post before and afters if I'm happy with the end result in 8-9 weeks. PS not on any kind of juice, just eating well, working out hard, and sleeping a lot. Good luck!
