I can't even do preacher curls anymore because my wrist hurts so bad. Also on straight bar bicep curls, but especially the preachers, with the e-z curl bar. The pain is excruciating. I have to literally pry my fingers of my left hand off the bar when I'm done with a set because it hurts too much to let go of the bar. It sucks too, because I love that exercize. Just wondering if anyone else has a similar problem.
It doesn't bother me on any other exercises, not even forearm curls. And the deca I have been on for the last moth or so doesn't help.

you have overloaded your wrists, probably by doing straight bar curls. You could start buying wrists straps, use them even only for a while, untill the pain is over. You also probably use to heavy weights (for the moment). You could take less weight and not doing those excercices that hurts. Do dumbell curls, maybe this won't hurt since the stress on the wrists is not so intensive.
You will get over this, if you are carefull.

Same thing...had it for years, has never went away. DB curls will solve it and if you're forced to use a machine, use a reverse grip (straps will help).

BPP has the right idea, i also went to dumbbells exclusively for about four or five weeks, i am just now starting back on straight bar and preacher curls. i really noticed the pain after i was through taking the deca. damnit i should have gotten two bottles. ha

I had it too, only mine extended into my forearms, hurts like a mofo, especially when you go to let go. I stopped preachers all together and went with dumbells too, never had the problem again. Now I only do preachers once every 2 or 3 arm workouts.

Had this problem before also. Used wrist straps for two weeks, third week I didn't have any more pain.
