I just wanted to share my experiences with the various thermogenics and offer some general advice on how to maximize their effectiveness. Drugs of choice: Ritalin (discoved it by accident while studying for finals), ECA, clen, pseudoephedrine. Basically it's pretty simple.....alternate each of the four. Mon: ECA 3 times/day Tues:Ritalin 2 times/day etc...you get the idea...and then repeat. That way your body has a much harder time downgrading the it's receptors to each of these thermogenics. I'm suprised I have not seen talk about Ritalin as a thermogenic! I got some from a medical student who swears by it last year. I basically used it to study. However, during that day, I ate nothing but junk food all day. And I had an incredible leg day on top of it. AND with all the extra calories I took in that day, I swear my abs looked more ripped in the evening than they were in the morning. So that's my thought for the day..... Plus if you know any asthmatics, try the Proventil inhaler, generic name albuterol....very nice and similiar to our clen friend. IP: Logged |

Ritalin? Really? I thought that it was supposed to calm down people that have attention deficit syndrome. IP: Logged |

For people without ADD or hyperactivity, it is speed. Just look at the generic name....I don't remember exactly what it is, but it ends with -amphetamine, or -amine if I remember correctly. That's why it is Schedule III to non-prescription users. IP: Logged |

I disagree with the albuterol inhalers because the dose is very low (120mcg, at last check). This is because the zone of effect is very localized. (FYI, oral albuterol (VOLMAX) is 4mg or 8mg, it has similar effects to clen) As for the rest, I have not seen enough research regarding pseudoephedrine to comment. I agree with the ECA/clen/ritalin.
