In one of the articles that I was reading on this site - it says you shouldn't take ephedrine w/ clen. Something about the side effects being stronger. Did the article mean to say not to take it together in the same day? is it okay to take ephedrine on the off wks! I'm confused because that is what I've been reading on the boards- to take ephedrine on the off wks. someone please repond because I start my clen cycletomorrow. thanks, lala IP: Logged |

Yes you can take it in your off days but if you take it on your on days it will increse the side effects. IP: Logged |
