The past week I have been having joint pains, They feel like they need to be stretched. The back on my knees and the tops of my ancles. I also get them in my elbows and neck. They feel like growing pains I had when I was 12 or so. I also started to break out. I haven't had a zit since I was 17 I'm 21 know. I'm starting a cycle Monday and just want someone to tell me that I'm not growing any more so I can do it without wondering if I hurt my height by doing this cycle..Thanks

You're not going to like my .02 but i feel 21yrs is too young to juice. You haven't been training long enough to have come close to your full natural potential. I don't know if your bones are still growing but your muscles can still grow. (without juice)

You might still be growing and being 21 doesn't have that much to do with it. I have heard some people say that you can get a doctor to x-ray your knee for growth plates but I don't know much about that.

I read in a medical text once that you can grow until you are 22.....
