Dude don't sweat it first time offenders get probation EVERY TIME. Especially with a personal amount,trust me I know from MANY friends, who have all been caught with a boat load(intent to distribute), some of them more than once.Usually it will even be dropped to a misdemeanor if you don't have any prior's. Let your attorney handle it and no probs......good luck and relax if possible.

busted at the Canadian border with andro which is considered a AS up here anyway, fairly simple procedure as long as you don't have a shit load on you then you will only get probation or community hours, if you had a large amount you will be facing traficing charges and distribution charges that's when you get yourself a lawyer, hope you didn't have and priors

I have never had any priors before. I have a very good background in the Military also. But they are still trying to get me on a felony that is 1-5 yrs jail time? you must of had a shit load...because the two times I was stopped..they just took my gear and laughed in my face. I lost my gear..payed an $800 fine...and wasted 2 hours while they played with my head.

hey bro, sorry to hear this, I was nearly busted in the airport...there have been many people here busted at the boarder, usally the fine is the value of what you had, payable at the moment, you will pay a fine and lawyer fees, you wont go to jail, if you are a first timer, if you have a previous felony, your fucked, depends also if they were vet products or human products...if human products, maybe we have a nice MD that could script you...another thing is your allowed 3 month oersonal use with a script from country of origion....next time..Man I had 3000 dballs and 350 amps going through the airport, while on line at customss the dballs fell out of my pant leg,,,,talk about shitting in your pants...400ml is nothing, you will get fined and pay alot

I remember Beerbque got busted in TJ. that was about four or five months back and I haven't seen him around in awhile. You may want to try to e-mail him.. In San Diego most get a $500 fine if it's first time and personal usage amounts. Only a record with Customs, no other law enforcement agencies. I don't know if they are cracking down harder in Texas or because you are in the military. It sounds different than here in California.

I am not in the military any longer. I dont know why I am being charged with a felony. My lawyer thinks it is because the customs agent has not delt with gear before. I dont know what to expect out of this. I have a legit reason for the medication if I were to have it.....but as we all know Doctors are scared to use it because of the law. I have one doctor who did use it, but I had to move and he could not treat me anylonger because of that.

I have all of the paper work for why the doctor had used Test and Deca on me before. I am a disabled veteran and this doctor used this treament for me after many doctors could not help me. However I had to move and he could not treat me unless I came to his office.

SETTLE THIS MATTER BEFORE IT EVER GOES TO COURT. HAVE YOUR LAWYER SET UP A MEETING WITH THE D.A. OFFICE. GO WITH YOUR LAWYER TO THE MEETING DRESSED UP AND CLEAN CUT.
TELL THEM A BIT ABOUT YOUR SELF AND YOUR MILITARY MEDICAL PROBLEMS.
HOW YOU HAD A DOCTOR TO TREAT YOU BEFORE BUT WITH THE MOVE YOU DECIDED TO GET IN MEXICO YOUR SELF FOR PERSONAL USE. SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT YOU KNOW HOW STUPID YOU WERE NOW AND IT WAS DEFIENTLY A ONE TIME THING NEVER TO REPEAT ITSELF.
THE CHARGES MAY EVEN BE DROPPED. AT THE WORST, YOU SHOULD BE LOOKING AT A FINE AND POSSIBLE COMMUNITY SERVICE OR PROBATION.

thanks for that last reply.......I hope it can go that well or better. I dont want to get a felony record of course because I loose so much more than just this case. I am not a body builder so I dont think they will have to much of a problem understanding it is for a medical use. However I am just trying to be on the safe side and try to end this thing with out me going to jail or anything too bad. I was just hoping someone here would be able to help me with info and maybe a few ideas.
