![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, here is the deal... I have 5 weeks until I get married and I am trying to get down to 180. At 180 I would have around 5-7% bf. I am at a current 205 at around 12-13%bf. need a diet that would get me there. I currently power walk for an hour a day and lift twice a week. I do this because with reduced calories I lose muscle easily. I am going to start a cycle of 300mg of primo/wk and 3-6 tabs of clen for these next five weeks also. So what diet should I try? I feel this is the only thing that I am lacking in is a good diet. Any help would be much appreciate. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The key for making your cutting cycle work: Used a decreased carb diet, high protien, very low-fat. I would not eat any more than 20 fat grams a day. Eat at least 150 grams of protien, and no more than 60-80 grams of carbs. Try eating alot of tunafish(tuna salad with lowfat mayo), chicken breast, egg whites, Laura's 96% fat free beff found at tom thumb, shrimp, fish, lowfat cheese, cottage cheese, and plenty of water.
