Hey guys I just began a deca/win cycle in which I am at the end of week 1. I'm 260 at about 40%bf, yea I'm kinda a fat ass. but pretty strong. I want to loose about 40lbs of fat and gain some muscle. I'd really like to be around 200 at 18%bf. I need suggetions on protein sups, diet and exercise. This is my 1st cycle and I do not have access to anything other than the dec/win so I hope this will help me with my goals. Any help would be greatly appreciated. IP: Logged |

get hold of the Ketogenic Diet book and follow that. That will help a lot. As other bro's will tell you, diet in your case is a hell of a lot more important than gear. But, lower your carbs and fat and up protein. Stay around 2 - 2,500 calories a day. And, you MUST do cardio minimum 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes per session and continue with weight training the other days. IP: Logged |

this is not a flame!!!! but your BF is to high!!!!you need a ECA and serous cardio.....i would try a dieretic and drop bf, before the gear......i would cardio every day at 30 min a day and train with weights every other day light weight high reps. i am not starting my cycle cause i wnt to reduce my BF to 13% prior to i start...that should give you an idea of how well planned a cycle must be to get optimum gains. gear is for experienced weight lifters..who are trying to break a plateau... I agree with the other posters. Your bodyfat percentage is too high to worry about going on the juice. Even if you do make good gains you won't be able to see them if you are covered up with 40% bf. These drugs will be wasted if you do not have the right nutrition to help them work properly and you should be on a low calorie diet and doing aerobic exercises. IP: Logged |
