Forget weight gainers. Eat good and you will take care of it yourself. I like to use chocolate milk for some extra calories if that is what you are looking for. Much cheaper and it contains all your basic nutrients and leaves out all the stuff you don't need. IP: Logged |

I like to blend 2 1/2 scoops of N-Large 2(Prolab),2 eggs, 1 cup of ice cream, 2tbsp of cold pressed flax seed oil, 2 eggs,1 tbsp of brewers yeast, and 3 cups of whole milk. Each shake has about 1250 cals. IP: Logged |
