Finally, the archived thread search engine is back online, and I was able to locate a thread I found awhile back, and really enjoyed reading. You can find it by using "NO Testosterone for Newbies" as your search term in the archives, and you'll get a thread dating from last April that has a quite incisive point/counterpoint by 2Thick, E2, Macrophage69alpha, and other vets and mods. I haven't read anything this interesting, or this honest, on this board in the couple of months I've been reading it.

I wish the younger bros, especially, would check this thread out. Lots of food for thought. I'm with 2Thick, but hats off to the other contributors, too!

That was a great debate, lets keep it going.

Personally, I see no good reason not to use test first time, unless the guy is looking to only add 5-10lbs of solid muscle and harden up a bit.

That was a good one. 2Thick wasn't a mod yet.
Even though I agree with E2, 2Thick got alot
of respect and I think that was one of the things that contributed to his mod status.

Based on that debate i opted to 2thick's route and put on 22lbs, and have kept 20lbs of it. There is a thread call No Test Cycle Results. I have my stats, cycle, etc... posted. If you are a newbie I HIGHLY suggest it.

bump!!! great thread! i just started a deca/primo cycle as a first cycle so i'll let others know how it goes. im not sure which school of thought is better, but researching the different drugs, diet, and already having years of lifting experience seem to be a real good idea before any cycle.

Good information from both sides but tend to favor 2Thicks side for a newbie starting cycle.

I agree a little with E2 and a little with 2Thick. I agree that blasting yourself with high dosage stacks for a first cycle is a waste of $. My first cycle I gained 15lbs off of 8 Sus 250's in a decrease the days cycle and kept it all. However, I agree that Tes is king. Its very cheap and you know what to expect. Cant beat that awesome sex drive either. Thank you whoever posted this for bringing inteligent and interesting conversation back to the board. Its been long over due-

I agree with you, Mr. T. That was the most interesting point-counterpoint I've read regarding the subject matter we so love.

While I really respect 2Thick's opinions, I opted for an E2-style cycle, using test (and other goodies) and hitting the receptors hard in the beginning.
