and i'm going to start a dbol/sust/eq cycle... should i take nlovadex even if i start to feel itchy considering i'm going to get them removed a couple of months after my cycle.

Yes. No sense in making a bad situation worse. Do what you want, but if they have to remove more tissue than it's going to keep you down for a longer period of time. That starts to get pretty invasive when they remove a couple of pounds of breast meat from you!

should i take it throughout my entire cycle or should i only take it when necessary?

Is it true that you dont gain as much water when your on Nolvadex?

I guess that is up to you.
I had a gyno syrgery and there is a little scar tissue or a little fat tissue left on the side of my nipple but that is not going to stop me from a cycle.
