Just started sus, and hopefully dianabol soon. Is there any reason one should refrain from sexual relations on the juice? I make it a habit not to do anything prior to training, but will releasing my load be significantly detrimental to my potential gains? I know certain hormones and pheromones are released and take a while to replenish, just not sure if any of them are helpful in building muscle tissue. IP: Logged |

I'd say not before training as it has a sedative effect. As for any other time sex is fine for BB goals and can actually lead to your body being more healthy and other beneficial things to such as a sounder sleep. Burns some serious calories if you go at it like a dog for a while! IP: Logged |

Yeah, I found out never to do it before I work out. Ended up half up, half down on my squats with no way to get it off. Ended up throwing the bar onto a bunch of boxes and really screwing myself up. IP: Logged |

Actually it boosts your natural test levels. The only bad thing is that it depletes some adrenaline which is why workouts will be shitty. So do as everyone else has said.... IP: Logged |

there are new studies published all the time now about how good sex is for you. go nuts and enjoy yourself. if you don't let it mess up your work outs it won't hurt your gains. IP: Logged |
