Everytime I go on cycle, I wind up sleeping more than usual, I get 8 hours at least each night but then I normally take a nap or I feel sleepy, one person told me i am sleeping more because I am growing, is this true?

Bump - I'm experiencing the same thing...growing like a weed, though.

I was the same way. From what everyone says they can't sleep when on gear. I didn't mind it at all. It helped me get the right amount of sleep to grow. Three keys to growing:

nutrition,rest,lifting

Hope this helps, Green

I can't sleep at all. I get about 4-5 hours of sleep and I'm up all day. sometimes I take a 1 hour nap. I feel great though.

Well, when I was doing my gear, I was more tired then usual. I attributed it to the fact that I was training twice as hard as usual and with more frequency.

lso, from talking to bros' around here, ialso depends on the gear your using and what also it is tht you are eating.

More tired than normal but don't sleep well while on, I'd take your problem over mine anyday.

Be happy if you are sleeping to much. The more sleep, the more growth right? It is much better than not being able to sleep, which happens to me.

Just started a sust only cycle and goddamn I am lazy in the am. I never want to wake up. Wait a minute? I am always like that.

What I hate is eating lots of food and feeling slugish...
